Sunday, December 18, 2022 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
City Hosted and City Supported Events
Celebrate the arrival of the CP Holiday Train!
Decked out in thousands of lights, the CP Holiday Train travels across Canada during the holiday season to raise food and cash donations for local food banks. Please consider supporting the Tri-City's SHARE Food Bank by bringing a donation to help families this holiday season. Stop by the Port Moody Police cruiser to drop off your cash (credit/debit tap available) or food donations for SHARE Family and Community Services.
The celebration kicks off with live music and a roaring bonfire behind the Port Moody Recreation Complex. Join us for a holiday skate on the ice, play time in the gym, or spin art and cookie decorating in the Rec Complex Wellness Room. Visit the Civic Centre Galleria for crafts and a visit with Santa or meet Pigeon and Port Moody Public Library staff as they Celebrate the Season at the Inlet Theatre.
A signifiant portion of the Recreation Complex parking lot will be closed to accomodate the festivities. Parking will be extremely limited! Please consider leaving your car at home and walking or taking public transit instead.
